Merge origin/main into feat/0728

- 解冲突 app/repositories/comparison.py: harvest_done 融合单源派生(_derive_from_platforms) + #189 fail_reason
- 修 upsert_record 撞键: source_*/store_name/store 统一由 derived 提供, 两分支键集对齐(否则 dict(**derived) TypeError)
- 合并 alembic 双 head(comparison_platforms_col + comparison_record_fail_reason) → merge revision 6d2309208549
