GET /api/v1/compare/records/{record_id} — 比价记录详情

单条比价记录详情，在列表项基础上额外带 raw_payload（客户端上报的原始全量），供未来 UI 展示任意细节。

401未鉴权404记录不存在，或不属于当前用户（限本人，避免越权读他人记录）
说明
404 同时覆盖「id 不存在」和「id 属于他人」两种情况——不区分以免泄露他人记录是否存在。
