改动说明

  • 自动查单关闭时不再写入微信提现配置异常列表。
  • 保留自动查单状态字段、部署开关和运营开关，不改变 worker 实际行为。
  • 明确自动查单属于非阻断运维能力，避免与“无法微信打款”混淆。

验证

  • pytest tests/test_withdraw_ledger_check.py tests/test_admin_config.py -q
  • 8 项测试全部通过。
  • 本地管理 API 健康检查确认不再返回自动查单关闭问题。
